Super Star’s Kuselan film shooting is building in a faster pace at various places like Pollachi, Hyderabad etc… There were buzzes about the release of the film Kuselan that the film will hit theatres on July 30 some reports from P.Vasu saying that it will hit theatres on September. After these issues P.Vasu opens his heart about the Kuselan’s release that Kuselan is a mega budget film and these kinds of date changes is only possible as buzzes.

Rajini's Sultan the Warrior cartoon to feature live action

The Rs two billion cartoon extravaganza Sultan the Warrior will also feature superstar Rajinikanth in live action, publicists said.
“The superstar’s live action will appeal to all sections of the audience and not just children,”sources said.Meanwhile, a number of actresses have been pipped to play a role opposite Rajini in the movie, but nothing has been finalised yet.
The movie with animated Rajinikanth playing the main protagonist is being produced jointly by the actor’s daughter Soundarya Rajnikanth owned Ocher Studios and Warner Brothers.

Superstar Rajinikanth nayanthara rocks in Kuselan - Stills

Class requires dedication and when one is really dedicated, one becomes passionate about entities one uses. And so it was with P Vasu, while directing Kuselan.

The director disclosed that after completing the shoot of Kuselan in a record period of just 85 days, the sets were being dismantled.

“When the men were dismantling Pasupathy’s shop, I had tears in my eyes. We had been shooting for 85 days and day in and day out we were shooting at that place and so, after a point you kind of get attached to it,” he said.“

The same was the case with actress Meena and actor Pasupathy. They were at home in that place and suddenly when the market place was being ripped apart, they felt bad about it,” he informed.

Producers Kavithalaaya and Seven Arts held press meet at Hotel Le Meridian in Chennai on Wednesday (June 18) evening and released the official stills of Superstar Rajinikanth starrer Kuselan Movie. This is a bi-lingual and will be simultaneously released in Tamil and Telugu.

In Telugu the name has been changed to Kathanayakudu instead of Kuseludu. The shooting of the movie is complete and is currently in the post production stage. The audio release of the movie will be on June 30 and the music is too good according to director P.Vasu.

Superstar Rajinikanth appears for a few minutes in Kuselan but in the movie’s posters and promotion he looms large.

That’s because a Rajinikanth appearance even for a minute can set the box office on fire and so the makers of Kuselan are all set to cash in on the superstar. Rajinikanth says the hype is making him nervous and people shouldn’t call it as his film because he is playing a cameo role.

“There’s already a lot of hype about the movie. I’m very nervous with everyone expecting it to run to a silver jubilee,” he says.

For the film’s makers though a bit of Rajinikanth is quite a lot. Distributors have sold Kuselan as a ‘Rajinikanth film’ for Rs 64 crore—that is more than what the superstar’s movie Sivaji was sold at.
